No. At this time, we do not offer customization or personalization options for our products. However, we are always exploring new features and services to better meet our customers' needs, so stay tuned for updates. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Payment will only be processed after your order has been shipped. Additionally, we accept PayPal. If you choose to pay via PayPal, you’ll be redirected to their website to log in and complete your transaction. Once finished, you’ll be brought back to our site.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you can place an order with HYRSTA without creating an account. We offer a guest checkout option that allows you to make a purchase without the need to register. Simply add your desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping and payment information. However, creating an account does offer benefits such as faster checkouts in the future, order tracking, and access to special promotions. The choice is entirely yours.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

You can change or cancel your order after it has been placed, as long as it has not yet been shipped out. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact support@hyrsta.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. In such cases, you may refer to our return policy for further assistance.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the size of the package you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. The amount will be calculated at checkout. If your order value is over €50, we provide free shipping worldwide.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. After placing your order, we will provide you with a tracking number, which you can use to check the location of your shipment here.

How long does shipping take?

Typically, the order is processed and sent out within 24-48 hours. Shipping within the EU generally takes about 3 to 7 business days, though in some cases it may take up to 14 business days.

International shipping can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, both EU and international shipping times may be extended due to higher volumes of shipments.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Learn more.

How do I return an item?

If you want to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@hyrsta.com. In cases where there is a defect or an incorrect item has been sent, please take pictures of the issue and attach them to your initial email along with an explanation. All shipping expenses for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order. Please note that we do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.
